From your ILLiad account, access the record of the item you wish to renew. If "Renew Request" is not visible at the top of the request, then renewals are not allowed.
Click on "Renew Request" to submit your request. You will be given a temporary due date until the lender responds to the request. You will be notified via email once a response is received.

What if I forget my password?
During registration you are required to enter a password hint. The password hint may help you recall your password later. Attempting to log on with an incorrect password or with the password field left blank will cause your hint to be displayed. In the event that you are unable to recall your password, please do not attempt to register a second time; contact Document Delivery to have your password reset. You may stop by in person, call 920-403-3283, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Document Delivery office hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Your password can then be reset allowing you access to ILLiad. Please remember to change your password once you log on to ILLiad.
Why don't I see all my older requests when I look at my request history?
From time to time we purge older requests from ILLiad. Our policy is to keep requests online for several years in order to comply with recordkeeping requirements of the law.
What is Electronic Delivery?
Many libraries deliver copies of articles to us in electronic format. You will receive an email indicating how to obtain your article. Your article will be available to you for 30 days ONLY.
